WealthPath Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information when you use the WealthPath mobile application (the “App”).
WealthPath is a personal finance app that lets you record and manage your income, expenses, debts, assets and net worth, optionally share that information with a partner, and subscribe to WealthPath Pro.
2. Who we are (Data Controller)
The data controller for the App is Agile Engine Limited (trading as We Are Agile), 260 Old Birmingham Road, Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, B60 1NU, United Kingdom.

3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you provide
Account details — your name and email address when you create an account or sign in with Apple or Google. If you sign in with Apple, you may choose to hide your email, in which case we receive an Apple-provided relay address.
Financial information you enter — the income, expenses, debts, savings, portfolio/assets, net worth figures and payment strategies you choose to record in the App. We do not connect to your bank; all financial data is entered manually by you.
Partner sharing — if you invite a partner, we collect the email address you enter to send the invitation. If you accept an invitation, the inviting user’s financial data is made visible to you within the App.
3.2 Information collected automatically
Subscription & purchase data — when you buy WealthPath Pro, our payments partner RevenueCat and the Apple App Store process the transaction. We receive your subscription status, plan, and purchase history, linked to your account identifier. We do not receive or store your full payment card details — those are handled by Apple.
Push notification token — if you enable notifications, we store a device push token so we can send you alerts (for example, partner activity).
Authentication tokens — session tokens are stored securely on your device (in the device keychain / secure storage) to keep you signed in.
3.3 Information we do NOT collect
Biometrics — if you enable Face ID / Touch ID app lock, authentication happens entirely on your device through Apple’s system APIs. We never receive, see, or store your biometric data.
No advertising or third-party analytics — the App does not contain advertising SDKs and does not use third-party analytics or tracking. We do not track you across other apps or websites.
4. How we use your information
To create and secure your account and sign you in.
To store and display the financial information you enter, and to provide the App’s budgeting, debt, portfolio and net-worth features.
To enable partner sharing when you choose to use it.
To process and manage your WealthPath Pro subscription.
To send notifications you have enabled.
To respond to your support requests and comply with our legal obligations.
5. Lawful bases (UK/EU GDPR)
Contract — to provide the App and your subscription.
Consent — for optional features such as push notifications and partner sharing (you can withdraw consent at any time).
Legitimate interests — to keep the App secure and to improve and support it.
Legal obligation — where we must retain records (e.g. for tax or accounting).
6. How your information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
Service providers (processors) that operate the App on our behalf:
Supabase — hosting your account and financial data.
RevenueCat — managing subscription entitlements.
Apple — processing payments and providing Sign in with Apple and notification delivery.
Google — where you choose to sign in with Google.
A partner you choose — if you invite and link a partner, they can view and manage the financial data in your account until you revoke access.
Legal/safety — where required by law or to protect our rights or users.
7. International transfers
Some of our service providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as UK/EU Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your information.
8. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data and the financial information associated with it, except where we are required to retain limited records to meet legal obligations.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You can edit much of your data directly in the App, or contact us at hello@weareagile.online. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) or your local data protection authority.
10. Account & data deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from within the App or by emailing hello@weareagile.online.
11. Children
WealthPath is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App.
