WealthPath Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Agile Engine Limited ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of the WealthPath mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The service

WealthPath is a personal finance tool that lets you record and manage your income, expenses, debts, assets and net worth, model investment growth, plan withdrawals, and optionally share your data with a partner. WealthPath is a tracking and planning tool only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.

3. Your account

To use the App you create an account (by email, Sign in with Apple, or Google). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Not financial advice

WealthPath does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal or accounting advice, and is not a regulated financial service. All figures, forecasts, projections and outputs are illustrative only and are based on the information and assumptions you provide. They are not a recommendation to take or refrain from any course of action. Always consult a suitably qualified, regulated financial adviser before making any financial decision.

5. Accuracy of projections

All forecasts depend on the inputs you enter and assumed rates of return, inflation and other variables. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results, and actual outcomes may differ materially from any projection shown in the App. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.

6. Subscriptions and billing

WealthPath offers an optional WealthPath Pro subscription:

• Monthly: £2.99 per month

• Annual: £29.99 per year

Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's App Store or Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes where required. For purchases made through the Apple App Store, Apple's standard terms also apply, and you acknowledge that Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App.

7. Partner sharing

If you invite a partner, you authorise us to make your financial data visible to the linked partner account until you revoke access. Only invite people you trust. You are responsible for the invitations you send and for revoking access when you no longer wish to share.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to access it in an unauthorised way, reverse-engineer it, disrupt its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, content and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any financial decisions you make based on the App's projections or outputs, nor for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Termination and account deletion

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from within the App or by emailing hello@weareagile.online. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. On deletion, your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
